IND Sticker Appointment Alert

Sticker verblijfsaantekening appointments are booked free of charge through the IND's own online system. This page explains how the endorsement sticker appointment works and offers an independent availability monitoring service for the IND desks in Amsterdam, The Hague, 's-Hertogenbosch and Zwolle: when a new slot appears, you get notified and book it yourself.

Independent service. Not affiliated with the IND or the Dutch government. No appointment is ever sold or booked on your behalf.

Who needs a verblijfsaantekening sticker?

If you hold or await a Dutch residence status and need proof of lawful stay in your passport — for example while a residence permit application is pending, or after a status change — the IND places an endorsement sticker (sticker verblijfsaantekening) in your travel document. The sticker is issued in person at an IND desk, so an appointment is required.

Because desks release capacity irregularly and cancellations free up slots during the day, availability changes constantly. That is exactly the gap this monitoring service covers.

How the monitoring works

  • The IND public availability page is read at short, regular intervals.
  • New dates and times per desk are compared against the previous snapshot.
  • When a genuinely new slot appears, a notification is generated.
  • You open the official IND appointment system and book it yourself.

No login walls or CAPTCHAs are bypassed and no data is invented: what you see is what the public IND page showed at the last check.

Covered IND desks

  • IND Amsterdam
  • IND Den Haag (The Hague)
  • IND 's-Hertogenbosch (Den Bosch)
  • IND Zwolle

What is a sticker verblijfsaantekening?
It is the residence endorsement sticker placed in your passport by the IND, showing that you are legally allowed to stay in the Netherlands while your application or status is being processed.
Does the IND charge for the appointment?
No. Booking an IND appointment is free. Any fee you pay here is only for an independent availability monitoring and notification service — appointments are never sold.
Do you book the appointment for me?
No. You book it yourself through the IND's own online appointment system. We never log in on your behalf, never hold a slot and never submit forms for you.
Which IND desks are covered?
Amsterdam, The Hague (Den Haag), 's-Hertogenbosch and Zwolle. You can follow one desk or several at the same time.
Where does the availability data come from?
Only from the IND's publicly accessible appointment availability page, which is read at regular intervals. When a new date or time appears, a notification is generated.
Are you part of the IND?
No. This is an independent service and it is not affiliated with the IND or with the Dutch government.
